NOTE:  These are estimates and shipping times may vary. 
If you have questions regarding shipping date and delivery, please contact our Customer Service Team prior to ordering.
Delivery Time:  Orders received by 3:00 pm EST, Monday - Friday are scheduled for the next available shipping day.  Currently, we do not offer same-day shipping.  We do not ship orders over the weekend to ensure your order remains chilled.  
When will my order arrive?  Please refer to our shipping schedule and the map below to estimate when your order will arrive.  The UPS Tracking Number will be emailed to the email address provided once the order ships.  
 
Your Maple Leaf Farms product order is hand-packed in a reusable, Styrofoam cooler with dry ice snow and ice packs.  The cooler is then placed inside a cardboard box to ensure your products arrive chilled and in excellent condition.  Due to the nature of the products being shipped, your cooler may arrive without the dry ice, as it evaporates as it travels.  If you order arrives refrigerator cold, or cooler, the product is still perfect to consume.
Our products are delivered to your home without a signature requirement to prevent the package from going back to the delivery terminal and spoiling. Signatures are required for package delivery to a business.
If you are sending a gift, please be sure to alert the recipient that a perishable gift will be delivered to them. To assure delivery, we must have a complete address (no Post Office or Rural Routes) and a phone number in case of delivery problems.
Please note that inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances may at times affect shipment arrival dates.
